Avon’s Presidential Recognition Program
The President’s Recognition program is Avon’s way of recognizing Sales, Leadership and Recruiting excellence. President Club is a top achiever recognition level open to all Avon representatives who have attained a goal (within C-8 through C-7 of the following year).Each cycle, when you achieve President’s Club status, you will receive a beautiful hand-painted porcelain figurine inspired by Mrs. P.F.E. Albee, Avon’s first representative.

President’s Club members are recognized with symbolic awards, such as the porcelain Mrs. Albee, as well as tangible rewards like 40% guaranteed earnings,* discounts on products and President’s Points.All representatives are eligible to earn President’s Points for Sales Volume, Sales increase and Recruiting.All President’s Points can be earned and accumulated for 1-3 years based upon level of sales achievement and redeemed in a variety of ways from the Avon Awards catalog:
1)Furnishings, Electronics, gifts and more

President’s Points for Sales increase are awarded at the end of the cycle, after C-7, 2009. These rewards are based on the increases in total award sales during the 2008-2009 cycle (C-8, 2008 through C-7, 2009) compared with total award sales of the previous cycle C-8, 2007 through C-7, 2008).

President’s Recognition Program Guidelines

  1. You must be a President’s Club member in good standing to attend the President’s Club Tribute and receive an award.
  2. Recognition gifts are cumulative. For example, Rose Circle members receive President’s Club and Honor Society gifts in addition to Rose Circle gifts.
  3. Representatives who qualify in more than one category will receive an award for each achievement earned (with the exception of the Sales Area Leadership Award).
  4. Award Sales include all products purchased for resale to Customers and credited at Customer price, including Avon Apparel and Accessories, plus Representative purchases of brochures, demonstration products, samples and sales tools.
  5. In the event you are removed or cease to function as an Avon Representative, you will have 30 days in which to redeem Points remaining in your account provided your account is paid in full.
    **Avon reserves the right to change the terms of or discontinue this program at any time.

Bonus President’s Points for President’s Council Members and above
President’s Council members are awarded bonus President’s Points according to your total award sales level. At this level, you will receive your own spending account, where you can “bank” all your points. Only president’s council and inner circle members have the exclusive option to convert President’s Points to cash.

Spending Points
How points are achieved:

  • A representative attaining PC Level for the first time, automatically gains twenty (25) spending points.
  • The points are rewarded based on the increase in total Awarded Sales from C-08,2010 through C-07 2011, compared with total Awarded Sale of the previous cycle (C-08,2009 – C-07 2010)

You receive points for sales increases as follows:

  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $1,000 to $1,999 you receive 25 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $2,000 to $2,999 you receive 50 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $3,000 to $3,999 you receive 75 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $4,000 to $4,999 you receive 100 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $5,000 to $5,999 you receive 125 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $6,000 to $8,999 you receive 150 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $9,000 to $15,999 you receive 200 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $16,000 to $19,999 you receive 250 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $20,000 to $25,999 you receive 300 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $26,000 to $31,999 you receive 350 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $32,000 to $39,999 you receive 400 points
  • If you increase from the previous cycle by $40,000 to $49,999 you receive 450 points

How Spending Points are used:

  • Points can be used to order items from the Rewards Catalog (any item of your choice based on points available to spend).
  • Vat and duty would be charged on all items that are ordered from the Rewards Catalog.

National Recognition for Leadership Representatives:

  1. Top 3 in each sales area in total unit sales.
  2. Top 5 in the nation in total unit sales.
  3. All senior executive unit leaders, with an option to bring a guest.
  4. Senior executive unit leaders whose personal sales attain president’s council status can bring a guest FREE.

Sales Increase Rewards 2007-2008
This reward is based on the increase in total award sales form C-8 2008 through C-7 2009, compared with total award sales of the previous cycle (C-8 2007- -C-7 2008).

Use your president’s points to purchase exclusively YOURS cards in denominations of 50 to 1,000 points, and shop at participating retailers such as linens ‘n things, Macy’s, casual corner and pottery barn.

Expiration of President’s points
Depending on your level, president’s points earned form C-8 2008 through C-7 2009 will expire one, two or three years after the close of the cycle.

  1. Non-president’s club members: 6/30/10:
  2. President’s club members: 6/30/11:
  3. Honor society and above: 6/30/12:
  4. Spending account points carry no expiration date.

Leadership excellence awards

Presented in each division to:

  1. Best new leadership performer appointed during the 2008-2009 cycle –advanced unit leader or above with the highest total unit sales in the division (must be a president’s club member).
  2. Executive unit leaders (EUL’s) and senior executive unit leaders (SEUL’s) who are:
  3. #1, #2 and #3 in Total Unit Sales Volume.
  4. #1, #2 and #3 in Total Unit Sales Increase.
  5. #1, #2 and #3 in Leadership Growth
    (The largest increase in the number of new representatives recruited during the cycle).You must be a President’s Club Member. No more than $10,100 in personal award sales will count toward total unit sales. Sales area leadership achievers are only eligible to receive sales area leadership award.

Recognition C-8 2008--C-7 2009
We are proud to honor our top achievers-those representatives who have attained a minimum of $10,100 in sales-at our annual president’s club tributes. Hosted by division sales managers, these celebration, complete with door prizes, raffles and gifts, will be held upon the completion of the President’s Recognition Program cycle in C-7 2009.

Special recognition gifts are awarded to members of:

  1. President’s Club
  2. Honor Society
  3. Rose Circle
  4. David H. McConnell club
  5. President’s Council
  6. President’s Inner Circle

All executive and senior executive unit leaders, plus members of honor society and above, are entitled to bring a guest to their president’s club tributes.

The spirit of Avon
Presented to each District’s President’s Club member who best represents the spirit of Avon and the values we embrace.

District awards presented to:

  1. Top 3 representatives in each district for sales volume and sales increase.
  2. Gold recruiting award to all Presidents’ Club members in each district with 20 or more successful recruits.

Best new performer
Presented to each new President’s Club member with the highest award sales during the 2008-2009 cycle.

Division awards presented to:
Top 3 Representatives in the Division for Sales Volume and Sales Increase.
